The holiday apartment Boulevard 205, which is situated in Estepona, overlooks the nearby sea. The 55 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The holiday apartment boasts a private balcony, which offers a wonderful view. The property has also access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a childrens pool, a terrace, a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue.

The fishing harbor and marina at the other end of the promenade is on a pleasant 20-30 minutes walking distance. The centre of old Estepona (10-15 minutes walk) is a fabulous network of streets full of whitewashed houses adorned with different coloured flowerpots bursting with flowering plants.

Estepona is situated on the Costa del Sol between Marbella and Gibraltar, about 45 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport. Andalucía is the southernmost, autonomous Spanish region and is famous for its beautiful nature and culture. Think of cities like Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba, Ronda, Granada and Malaga with their Moorish influences. Estepona is so central that all these places can be done as a daytrip.

Free parking is available on the property.

Pets are allowed upon request.

Situated right on the beach with the best views in Estepona, the apartment is well equipped, spotlessly clean and with a great terrace. Tom and Mieke could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We had a truly magical week and would highly recommend the apartment, we are already planning our next visit.

Fantastic Sea View Apartment

Pros: We enjoyed every aspect of the apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony the views were amazing and if the temperature got to high there were blinds that you could bring down. The apartment was next door to a supermarket so shopping was never a problem, the air conditioning was so very quiet and worked very well. I really cannot fault anything about this apartment and would highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing to say here.

Pros: We had a great week in this extremely comfy apartment. The view and position are wonderful, there are bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The flat is tastefully furnished, good firm mattresses and large beds which being 6' and 6' two are highly appreciated. There's lots of hot water, washing machine and dishwasher, all very useful if you need it. The terrace is lovely, the sun loungers and mattresses are good quality and very comfortable. Directions from the airport were spot on and Tom was there to show us around and explain things. The bottle of wine he gave us was also much appreciated. The cupboards had some basic drystote ingredients from previous tenants which was really helpful. We will return.

Spacious apartment, Good location, Could use some work

We enjoyed our week in this apartment. The host met us and oriented us to the apartment. Communication was excellent and we appreciated the flexible check-out time.The apartment is getting pretty tired and worn. A refurb would be a good idea. The "common" key should perhaps be replaced. It's very sharp and I cut a finger on 2 different occasions, when pulling the keys out of my bag.Some repair work had been done on the toilet before our arrival and the bathroom hadn't been serviced afterwards, so no toilet paper, litter bin half full of someone else's trash, dirty floor, and smelly. Also, many of the dishes and utensils had to be re-washed before we could use them.The seafront location is nice, the terrace is spacious, and it's easily walkable to the town centre, beach, and Carrefour supermarket (right next door).

The beach and the sea is close Carrefour next door is perfect. A quite short walk -and you are in Estepona city center The town Estepona is not to small and not too big. And is a place from which you can take interesting tours with your car in the area for an hour or two - or a day. Not to forget: the owners and hosts,Mieke and Tom, are so nice and common people, they are so helpful, they make us feel comfortable and so well taken care of. Perhaps we have found our favorite place by the mediterrian

Wonderful view from terrace

Pros: It was lovely to see and hear the sea. Apartment right on the sea front with doors from both lounge and bedroom. Plenty of hot water and good shower, comfy beds (think need some new bed linen), abundance of towels. Some bars below, very friendly staff and a great new restaurant Aire, reasonably priced. .. just underneath our apartment. Lift goes to zero, street level with Carrefour a short walk away or -2 comes out between bars right on to the promenade into town A small but adequate kitchen with some condiments left, salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee. Small deep freeze compartment in fridge. Never troubled with noise from bars The host was very welcoming and answered our queries almost immediately (had a little trouble with TV and she was round straight away to sort out). Cons: We can’t walk so far and it was just a bit far from town for us. Probably fine for someone younger and fitter. A very pleasant walk in other direction along the coast leading to a nice green area with sculptures and a water wheel Minor niggle … only one toilet roll and we were there for a month. No shower or hair shampoos

De ligging direct aan zee is heerlijk. Ook de huur van de auto is prima geregeld door Mieke. We hebben niet alle uitstapjes kunnen doen, daarvoor was onze vakantieperiode te kort. We zijn wel echte Italiegangers en moesten wennen aan de vele appartementencomplexen . Andalusië is een prachtige streek en zeker de moeite waard om nog eens te bezoeken .

De twee uitgangen,naar de straat of het strand, perfect. De ligging 3 minuten van de Carrefour en 10 minuten tot het mooie centrum is ideaal. Het uitzicht vanuit je appartement (bed) : 't laatste puntje Spanje-Gibraltar en Marokko wat wil een mens nog meer.

Tom og Miekes lejlighed har det nødvendige, den er lidt slidt indvendig, men det glemmer man alt om, når man ser udsigten, både fra soveværelset og stuen. Lejligheden ligger perfekt i forhold til indkøb, strand og by. Med beliggenheden på 2. Etage er der udsigt til bjergene på den ene side af huset og udsigt til stranden og byen på den anden side. Udsigten var det hele værd!!
