Perfectly positioned for both productivity and adventure, this fully stocked 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Golden home is your sanctuary in the heart of the Front Range. Whether you are here for an event, work, or mountain play, you'll find the perfect home base.

The Workspace
You’ll have access to three dedicated private workspaces (including two in quiet loft areas) and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, along with a monitor in the master bedroom for an extended desktop setup.

Outdoor Access & Climbing
We are at the center of the best Front Range climbing and hiking. You’ll be just a short drive from premier recreational access with Clear Creek Canyon, North Table Mountain, and Eldorado Canyon. Looking for something closer? You can easily walk or bike to South Table Mountain Park or Green Mountain in just minutes.

Relax & Unwind
After a day on the trail or at the desk, unwind in our two private outdoor spaces. The front patio features comfortable furniture, while the back patio is equipped with a large dining table and propane grill for group meals. Indoors, enjoy our sunroom with twinkling string lights, a Roku TV, a game table, and a dry bar for prepping evening cocktails.

The Details

Fully Stocked: We provide the essentials so you can settle in immediately. The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, and bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, flossers, Q-tips, and cotton pads. Clean Linens and Towels are provided.

Sleeping: 4 bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queens) plus flexible couch accommodations for extra guests.

Convenience: Washer/Dryer, iron, drying rack, and ample storage for all your gear.

Location: 10 minutes by bike to local cafes, restaurants, and bars on South Golden Road; 25 minutes by bike to downtown Golden.

By car, there is so much of the Front Range towns, canyons and mountains to access within a short drive....

All in all a great stay. Area was quiet and peaceful and a quick drive to the event i was attending. was very comfortable and conveniently located close to a super target!

I believe this is a new rental and possibly still working out the kinks. We had issues with the water going out a few times, required resetting the well pump 30-60min each time.The house also got hot and the cooling unit in the livingroom wasn’t sufficient to cool the entire house. We opened windows at night but due to the loud noise of the highway needed to close at night, so uncomfortable when sleeping.There were also a few details that needed to be addressed, curtain rod not attached, gravel around a toilet, not all beds had all linens.The owner was quick and responsive when addressing issues.

Hi Caron! Thanks for the honest review, these few kinks have been worked out since your stay. I’m wondering if you didn’t see the instructions for the evaporative cooler that has a controller in the living room.. that would’ve made the nights way cooler for you. I’ll make sure to mention it in my check in instructions for the next guests. Anyway, thanks for being communicative and kind!
