Downtown W/ Free Parking: Steps to Du Pont Hotel!
Welcome home to our lovely renovated 1920`s townhome with free parking located in the heart of Mid-Town Brandywine in Wilmington! This spacious retreat is centrally located near historic Wilmington gems, including the iconic Hotel Du Pont. Perfect for long or shorter stays, the space is great for work/relaxing and offers the perfect blend of comfort and contemporary convenience. The 2-story home is thoughtfully updated, has an upper/lower level, lovely waterfall shower and an amazing backyard.
The property is a renovated 1920`s 2 story townhome located in the heart of Mid-Town Brandywine. On the upper level you will find the main living space. This floor has a cozy living room, eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances, keurig and island, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and smart TVs and a full bathroom with waterfall style shower. On the ground level you will find an office space with desks, sitting area, the powder room, a kitchenette and the laundry area. From this part of the home you can access the fully fenced backyard with patio and outdoor sitting area.
Parking: We`ve got you covered! There is metered street parking directly in front of the home (free after 6pm and on weekends). In addition, there are 2 designated parking spaces in the parking area behind our sister property across the street (less than a minute walk away).
The Area:
We are centrally located and near some awesome Wilmington gems. We highly suggest checking out the beautiful Hotel DuPont (steps away!) and their stunning restaurant, La Cavalier. The Brandywine Zoo is also incredibly close and a great experience. This area provides an exceptional living experience with easy access to the city`s main attractions.
The community in Mid-town Brandywine is welcoming and diverse, with a mix of families, young professionals, and retirees. Regular community events and a strong neighborhood association contribute to a tight-knit atmosphere that makes residents feel connected and supported. The street is lined with historic buildings and makes it a treat for anyone who appreciates history/architecture.

Guest`s have access to the entire townhome except for the basement and locked supply room.
We prefer to keep communication in the app, we are incredibly quick to respond. We are local and are available to handle any emergencies!!
We do not allow parties, events, gatherings or unapproved guests.
Please follow basic property etiquette, no flushing of wipes, dumping grease down drains, leaving cooking food unattended.
No candles or flammables or any kind. No smoking or vaping indoors. If smoking outside, please properly and safely dispose of cigarette butts.
We allow up to 2 dogs (included on the reservation with appropriate pet fee). The following is required:
For safety purposes, pets must always be accompanied when outside, and leashed if not in a fully enclosed area. If left unattended inside the property, we ask that pets be crated.
It it is the guest’s responsibility to promptly and properly dispose of pet waste on the property. Damages and/or not properly removed pet waste may result in additional fees.
To maintain the integrity of the home, if booking for longer than 3 weeks, midstay cleaning(s) may be required and paid for by the guest. This will be scheduled and communicated via the app.
Using coasters on any wooden surface is required. A lot of the pieces are antique, please help us protect them.
This is a peaceful area, any activities that blatantly disturb or disrespect the neighbors or community are strictly prohibited.
Out of respect for the neighborhood, a maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed. No trailers, campers or commercial vehicles allowed. Please communicate if work vehicles will be present.
No flushing of wipes/hygiene products. Only the flushing of TP/waste is permitted. Cost of repair may be billed to the guest(s) if caused due to flushing inappropriate items during reservation.
No parties, events or unapproved gatherings.
The gas stove is to be operated with care (if applicable), and do not leave cooking food unattended.
Grease from cooking must be discarded appropriately in the trash, please do not dump grease down the drain.
No smoking/vaping indoors of any kind. If smoking outside, cigarette butts must be extinguished and properly disposed of outside. Violations of this will incur an additional $100 ozone treatment/cleaning fee, in addition to any cost of damage(s) incurred due to the violation.
It is understood that the home is not childproof.
Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a fee of a minimum of $50, plus $35 for each additional hour.
Please note: If trash pick up day falls during/day before your time with us, we may ask you to ensure trash bins make it to the curb in time for pick up. If trash does not get picked up and gets to a point of overflowing, there will be a $25 fee for special pickup.
