The Space:

Step inside your cozy studio, designed for comfort and convenience. The open-plan living area features a comfortable double bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals and beverages. The full bathroom offers all the essentials, including a hair dryer and body soap. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and enjoy the comfort of air conditioning throughout the space. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this studio provides a private retreat in the heart of San Juan.

The Neighborhood:

Step outside and immerse yourself in the vibrant Condado neighborhood! Located at 750 Avenida Manuel Fernández Juncos, you're steps away from the best of San Juan. Explore the beautiful Condado Beach, a short walk away, perfect for sunbathing and water activities. Indulge in diverse dining options, from casual cafes to upscale restaurants, all within easy reach. Discover local shops and boutiques for unique souvenirs and retail therapy. Enjoy the lively atmosphere, with nightlife and entertainment options just a stone's throw away. Experience the charm of Condado, where convenience meets excitement, offering an unforgettable stay.



Getting Around:

Getting around from our studio is super easy. Public transport is right there, with bus stops just a quick walk away on Avenida Manuel Fernández Juncos. Those buses can take you all over San Juan, including Old San Juan. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is only about a 10-15 minute drive. You can easily grab a taxi or use a ride-sharing service. Street parking is an option, but keep an eye out for any rules. The area's usually pretty safe for street parking. Have fun exploring Condado and beyond!



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.



We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.



Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.



To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
