The Lenzen’s

It was a very relaxing sun-filled month we spent at 189 Lorelane. The convenience of nearby grocery stores, the sunny kitchen and the handy grill made up for the closed restaurants. We enjoyed the full sun exposure on the canal and also found a nearby beach on the gulf side. The area was quiet and we slept in many days. Thanks for a memorable visit.

Move to marathon

The entire home was comfortable and quiet. Everything in bicycling or walking distance. Afforded us the opportunity to order our furniture in city furniture for our new home in Marathon and not have to drive a long distance. Would recommend this home %100. Thank you from Linda and walter

Winter Getaway

The location was great (walking distance to the fish market and the local park) and the home layout was really nice for our extended stay. However, the property could use some upgrades and general maintenance. The drain pipe for the sink in the master bedroom was disconnected when we arrived (they fixed that the next day), there was no light or fan on the upstairs balcony (it had been removed and the wires were still there), over half the lights on the main floor were burned out (we called several times to have them replaced and were told someone would be there but no one showed up), all of the vents had black mold accumulated, so the vent system needs to be cleaned, and the outside grounds were littered with dead palm fronds which didn't detract from our stay but demonstrated the lack of care. The property is managed by Vacasa and while my wife and I rent 3-4 properties a year for about 4 months total, we will disregard any property in the future that is managed by this group.

Ed, thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location, though we apologize for the issues that prevented you from fully enjoying your stay. We are very sorry for the cleanliness and the damaged pipes. We take guest feedback seriously and have forwarded all your concerns to the local staff so that we can take the appropriate steps toward a resolution. The parts of the pipe were changed and the work was completed. We will continue to work with both our local staff and the homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you will give us a second chance to impress you.
