We take great care in our property descriptions and photos to be precise so guests can make the best choice of accommodations to suit their party. In this case, the description does state the 4th bedroom is ground floor with no inside access to the main living area and baths. I’m at a loss of what we could to set guest expectations more accurately. As to items supplied in the apartment, in the Terms and Conditions on our website there is a paragraph of what is furnished in the units. Additionally, in emails sent leading up to guest arrival we outline it again, and, please know, we are a local company, we are open 7-days a week and welcome guest calls and emails with any specific questions. Thank you again for your review, we hope you will keep us in mind when planning your return trip to The Fabulous Florida Keys!

We're happy to know you enjoyed the home and facilities! Please allow me to address your comments. We take great care that our descriptions are exactly what you can expect upon arrival. In this case, it is explained in the property description that there is no inside access to the main house and bathrooms from the ground floor bedroom and sunroom. Additionally, our Terms and Conditions, which have to be accepted prior to booking, as well as emails leading up to arrival, outline what is in the starter package of supplies that are furnished and further explains that guests provide for themselves for any additional items needed during their stay. As to after-hours check-ins, we do our best to accommodate guests that cannot arrive during normal business hours. The community guards are just not permitted by their superiors to accept check-in packages for guests since they do not work for rental agencies. Thank you for your feedback that will hopefully help future guests. We do hope you will visit with us again.

We always strive for our guests to experience a 5 Star stay - we regret you did not have that. We ask your understanding with the less-than-perfectly clean carpet…when we have guest in and out same day it’s just not possible to get carpets cleaned and dry in between. As for the microwave, there is a miscommunication here in your review as we do not repair appliances and therefore we had to call an appliance technician- and on Friday afternoon of New Years weekend, they simply were not able to get it on their schedule. It has since been replaced. In closing, we hope you enjoyed the fabulous weather, the community’s amenities and the early check-in we were able to provide you.
