Please be informed before booking: Construction work will be taking place at the Duna Beach complex from October 2026 through June 2027. The exact impact of the work, including any potential noise or inconvenience, cannot be determined in advance. Please take this into consideration when planning your stay.



Welcome to Oasis Duna, a stylish and sun-filled apartment in the Duna Beach complex in Torrox Costa. Set on a private estate with a swimming pool and just 50 meters from the beach, this is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bright open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and direct access to the terrace create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. Step outside onto the terrace and enjoy the sea breeze along with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains—perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening drinks.



The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV, ensuring comfort all year round. Guests also benefit from access to the shared pool that’s open year-round, as well as an elevator and step-free entrance. The elevator takes you from the garage to the second floor.



Ideally located within walking distance of the beach, lively promenade, restaurants, and the iconic Torrox Lighthouse. Nearby, you can explore Nerja, famous for its beaches and caves, or enjoy a fun day at the water park in Torre del Mar.

- Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

- Electricity is available for an extra fee.

- Our holiday homes are unique and individually owned, so TV services may vary. Most accommodations have a Smart TV where you can log in to streaming services. If you would like to watch channels from your home country, we recommend bringing a Chromecast or Fire Stick.

Schöne Wohnung im tollen Umfeld

Pros: Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Großer Balkon mit Meerblick. Betten ausgezeichnet. Regendusche im Bad vorhanden. Ausreichend Handtücher. Parken in der Tiefgarage war möglich. Cons: Es erfolgte vor der Reise kein Hinweis auf Sperrung und Arbeiten am Pool die vermutlich auch länger andauern. Nach dem Stromtotalausfall am 28.04.25 wurden die Systeme in der Wohnung ( Internet, WLAN, Therme) L3id3r Es erfolgte vor der Buchung kein Hinweis auf die Sperrung und Arbeiten am Pool, die schon länger andauern. Nach dem Stromtotalausfall in Spanien am 28.04.25 erfolgte leider kein Update in der Wohnung sodass das Internet, WLAN und die Therme nicht funktionierten und wir am Abreisetag kalt duschen mussten.

Tolles Appartement

Pros: Die Betreuung von Spain2home war hervorragend. Schon einige Wochen vorher hat Sonny per Whatsapp Kontakt aufgenommen (in englisch). Bei Ankunft wurden wir schon von ihr erwartet. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Der Fernseher wollte nicht richtig hochfahren, da hat sie uns eine Kollegin vorbei geschickt, die das ruck zuck erledigt hat. Das Appartement hat voll und ganz der Beschreibung entsprochen. Der Strand ist wunderschön und die vielen Lokale an der langen Strandpromenade haben ein tolles Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Cons: Der Pool wurde gerade renoviert. Gerade darauf hatten sich unsere Enkel so gefreut, da das Meer mit 16 Grad doch etwas zu kalt war. Der Fernseher hat immer wieder mal Standbilder.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, vor allem Duna Beach. Nur ein Sonnenschutz fehlte auf der Terrasse. Probleme wurden sehr freundlich gelöst und sehr zeitnah. Wir können Vermieter und Unterkünfte sehr empfehlen. Die Autovermietung war Spitze, ohne Probleme hat ALLES mit Marbesol geklappt.
