The pool is open from mid-May until late September depending on weather staffing.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Beach Gear & Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Parking: There is 1 reserved parking space included.

Comfort and Convenience: This condo offers a practical layout designed to accommodate up to six guests. The living area provides a comfortable place to relax and includes a TV and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The kitchen features a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware for preparing light meals. Guests can dine indoors or step outside to the private balcony to enjoy fresh air and ocean views. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and access to a shared outdoor pool, along with elevator access for convenience.

Non-Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will apply for violations.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old.

Place was great and right on the beach. Very clean. I’ve stayed at this property in the past when it was an actual hotel. The room is pretty outdated and there were some quirks that came along with that. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work, also the A/C was very loud and back bedroom would get very hot. There also was an outlet above the A/C that was inoperable. Other than that we had a great time and it has excellent access to the beach and had an awesome pool!

We booked last minute so you get what you paid for. This property needs a good deep cleaning. Sand buildup in the floor and in the corners you can pick it up the sand with your hands. It’s very tired. Furniture is old and lots of wear and tear. Toliet, two fans and tv didn’t work when we arrived. Host was communicative, fixed toliet and replaced fan but it shouldn’t have been rented like that in the first place. Sadly, the cable was “out” so no tv the whole four days! I stayed in another unit in this complex last year that was updated, fresh and lovely for the same price. This was the opposite. AC is loud, too, and comforter was: soiled. I bring my own blanket anyways but this is gross. This seems managed by a larger company so communicating was easy through text. Nina was nice to deal with but this property needs TLC . I would not recommend to others unless you need this oceanfront unit. The location is all that is going for it. Nice view from shared patio. For the price which was 300 (with fees) you could find a similar sized, better appointed motel room on the beach in September.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Regarding the sand buildup, we offered to send our cleaner, but the offer was later declined. We understand this was a last-minute booking, but that should never mean the property is not properly prepared for arrival. We normally have someone check the unit before each check-in, but due to the limited time, we were unable to do so. We sincerely apologize that this affected your first impression. Regarding the toilet and fan that were not working upon arrival. Both issues were resolved during your stay, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback about the furnishings and overall condition of the property and will take it into consideration as we continue working to improve the home.
