The holiday apartment is located in El Verger & offers a convenient location north of Denia. The property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. It has both a balcony & private roof terrace for outdoor dining with BBQ & sun chairs. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, TV & video player. The property is located in a secure gated community with a garden, lake lake-style swimming pool with outdoor showers, a separate children’s pool & playground, and a tennis (Padel) court. There is parking for 1 car in the underground car park & free parking outside the complex. The apartment is located in a quiet area 800m from the beach, with local restaurants & a supermarket within walking distance. The towns of Denia & Oliva are a short drive away, & La Marina shopping Centre is just a 10-minute drive by car. There are local golf courses (Oliva Nova & La Sella), Oliva Pego Marjal for wildlife plus numerous cycling & walking routes. The airports of Alicante (79.5 km) & Valencia (79.4 km) are both approx. a 1-hour drive away. A perfect location to relax & discover the beautiful Costa Blanca. Please note: Electricity & water, towels & bed linen, final cleaning & Wi-Fi are all included in the price. Unfortunately, pets, parties, or youth groups are not allowed.

Pros: Nice appartment in a nice complex about 90km north of the Alicante airport. A friendly and helpfull maneger welcomes you to a nice appartment with three nice bedrooms in a quiet complex with at large pool and a padelcourt (very funny tennis/squash-like spanish sport). Nice private roof-terrasse. A supermarked and a couple of restaurant nearby, but if you want to get around I'll suggest you rent a car.

Pros: The accommodation was very clean and well looked after and we all really enjoyed our stay. What made this a great holiday was the great communal area and private roof terrace with amazing 360 views. The pool was never to busy and was large enough for the kids to never get bored and there was enough areas to relax around the pool. The complex was always lively and the kids were able to play safely within the gated complex all day and night. Even the lights on the pool came on around 2130 which my kids loved to go for an evening swim. The distance to the nearest sandy beach was 800m which was a nice walk but the drive took longer than expected to reach the heart of Denia. The area outside the complex was not as nice as i was expecting as it seems to be near an industrial area and the facility's in the immediate vicinity were limited. However, the local Lidl was only a couple of minutes walk. We didn't rate the local restaurant that much as it seemed over priced for the quality and quantity of food served and the service was really bad. We had a car which is essential to have whilst in this area and we traveled as much as we could around the area to different towns and resorts.

Pros: We really enjoyed our holiday in this apartment! It is spacious and of good standard. The pool is great! The kids (and we) spent a lot of time in it. For us it was nice that there were a lot of Spanish people, so we could practice our Spanish 😊 The kids played all together. The beach of Devesas is much recommended, with a clear sea and nice beach restaurant. The neighborhood consists of many holiday apartments and all the places you want to visit (beach, Dénia, Oliva) are nearby by car. Beach is in walking distance. Since you asked for some comments, I will give them here under: 1. Booking process is just good. 2. Theresa was very flexible, for we asked to arrive a bit earlier on the day of arrival. She was quite busy with a lot of guests I think, but the welcome was sufficient. 3. The apartment was clean. 4. Facilities are good, especially enjoyed the 2 bathrooms and airconditing 😉 5. Complex facilities are great! Swimming pool, tennis court and playground 6. We had a little question, Theresa solved it quickly. 7. A few little notices: when the neighbors are home, we could not reach the parking space in the garage, it is impossible to make the turn with the car (but fortunately there is enough space outside); you could take into consideration to provide also beach towels and maybe 1 or 2 bicycles. And finally we missed a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels. But it is only a remark, it did not effect our holiday!

Pros: Hemos pasado dos semanas de vacaciones y todo genial. El apartamento está muy bien, todo correcto, la zona de la piscina es ideal para los niños, el ambiente de la urbanización es muy familiar. La terraza de arriba es estupenda para cenar y hacer una barbacoa. La playa a cinco minutos en coche, de arena fina y no muy masificada. Está a 15 minutos en coche de Denia. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas.
