Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 650 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach "La Fustera" 950 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (9 hole) 7.1 km, surf school 1.5 km, sailing school 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm).

Fully renovated in 2025, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating.
