This property is location was perfect for a long weekend downtown. Easy walking to great restaurants, shopping and sights.The property is in great condition and perfect for guests.Easy off street parking by the unit was a big plus.Cody was super responsive to our questions and provided great and timely updates and directions on getting to the location and accessing.We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Charleston.

This is a beautiful property. Spotlessly clean and the perfect size for the 5 of us. The host was amazing and responded to all my questions immediately. Would strongly recommend.

The "Cottages on Cannon" was fantastic. The moment you walk through the door, it feels so warm, comfy and inviting! Honestly, it's hard to believe it's a lower level basement unit! They utilized the space well and it felt spacious for our group of four! Great central location, the beds were comfortable! A small heads-up, parking can be tricky, but completely doable if you have two cars. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! Also, side note - The Obstinate Daughter is a MUST try for dinner or lunch! If you can't get a reservation, try to get one during the week! Isle of Palms was great for a beach day, make sure to have Beach Bums set up your chair & umbrella rentals near Coconut Joes for convenience, their island nachos and pina colda's are great! Loved Charleston and all of its charm!

This property was charming! Host was friendly and helpful! A bit of a hike to the heart of King St. but lots within walking distance. We enjoyed our time here!

Weekend away

The Garden level property at the Charlestonian was perfect for our weekend away! It was tucked away and private and very spacious inside. The decor was really nicely done and had a certain charm! It was conveniently located to the downtown. Would stay again!

Amazing Place To Stay!

Our family absolutely loved the basement apartment of this charming house. It provides all you could need, with plenty of space, and we loved how it's decorated. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts are fabulous with providing tips about the area.

Great property

We visit Charleston quite a bit and this was one of the better properties. Very nice restaurant on site. Short walking distance to king street. Lots of small coffee shops and breakfast places close by. Would def stay here again.

Great location!

Nicely decorated, comfy beds, great location. Only downside during our stay there were noisy people overhead. Other than that, great basement apartment!

Private Walkable Hideaway

Had a lovely stay in Charleston. Property was as described with more privacy than expected. The mini-split ACs in each room ensured we were cool even in the heat of the day.

Best stay in Charleston!

We stayed with 5 girls for a bachelorette's party in Charleston and it was the best location for walking to King Street and other fun locations. It had 2 restaurants close by, a cute bakery and breakfast bagel spot. The place had plenty of room and the management team is the best. Communication was great and they did a great job with questions and items that came up.

Cute little spot

This was in the best spot for my friends and I to walk easily to King street and everything we needed was in walking distance or a quick Uber ride. We’re talking about our next trip

Perfect Escape from the Heat!

Loved having three bathrooms for our girls trip, with cold water in the fridge when we arrived on a VERY hot August day. We were greeted when we arrived and were even able to check in a few hours early, because your place was ready. Everything was very seamless and the location was perfect for walking to get coffee + bagels in the morning and grabbing a salad + sandwich for lunch.

Perfect for girls getaway

We have been coming to Charleston annually for 15 years. Sometimes with husbands but more often with girlfriends. We prefer VRBO to hotels for the benefits of common space for gathering. We loved this spot for the three of us. Cozy and in a great area for walking to so many spots around the historic district, restaurants snd shopping. Will definitely be back!
