We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. We always do our best to provide a comfortable experience for our guests and address any issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning system unexpectedly failed during your stay. We responded immediately, provided a full refund, and have since completely replaced the system with a brand-new unit. Regarding the mattresses and trash near the community dumpster, this is a shared disposal area for the complex and unfortunately outside of our direct control. While it can occasionally be unsightly when residents are disposing of larger items, these items are typically removed by the community shortly afterward. We are also sorry to hear about the Apple Watch. We were notified and checked the property, but unfortunately no watch was found or turned in to us. We would absolutely return any personal belongings found after a guest’s departure. We also recommended using Apple’s Find My feature, when available, to help determine its last known location. We appreciate your feedback and regret that these circumstances affected your experience.
