Bay Watching is the perfect getaway for your family! Ideally located on the Ocean Side in Duck, you’ll be just a 5min walk from the beach and have bay views with incredible sunsets! You’ll be close to local dining, shops, and attractions, while still enjoying the peaceful, laid-back vibe of this coastal home.

Spend your days relaxing by the private pool, unwinding in the hot tub, or rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a beach day. There’s also a game room for some indoor fun when you’re ready to take a break from the sun.

Inside, the home offers a comfortable and inviting layout with plenty of space for everyone. Whether you're gathering in the living area, enjoying meals together, or relaxing in one of the bedrooms, Bay Watching is designed for easy, stress-free vacation living. All bedrooms offer direct access to the deck, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the coastal breeze at any time.

All bed linens, bath towels, blankets, start paper products, coffee, beach chairs, and serviced Pool and Hot Tub included :)

2026: Pool is available ~April 15 to ~October dependent on weather. If you're staying in either month please message us to confirm availability.

1st Floor:
- 2 King bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, smart TVs, and deck access
- Bunk bedroom with twin-over-full bed, a sofa and deck access

2nd Floor:
- Queen bedroom with smart TV and deck access

With its great location, comfortable layout, and inviting outdoor spaces, Bay Watching is a wonderful place to relax and make lasting memories with family and friends.

Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, or kids having fun… this might not be the right fit. Otherwise, we’d love to host you!

Want to beat the traffic?! We offer FREE 2 pm check-in to outdoor spaces.
The cleaning crew will be on site until 3:45 pm, but you’re welcome to enjoy the pool, outdoor areas, and beach access.

Note: We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.
