The Space:

With a stylish Pueblo Revival design, this home offers a cozy Taos basecamp. Drive minutes to Taos Plaza to sip coffee at charming cafes and explore artsy boutiques. Explore fascinating museums or visit Kit Carson Park. During snowy months, you’ll appreciate being a short drive from the ski valley.



Start your vacation days with morning coffee on the front porch, appointed with a wooden bench. The spacious yard has plenty of space to play in the snow or the sunshine. Spend quality time together on the back patio, furnished with a café table and chairs, two Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill.



The fireplace and exposed wooden beams create a cozy atmosphere in the living area. Relax on the plush sofa and watch your favorite Netflix shows on the TV with Roku. Prepare locally inspired meals in the kitchen, appointed with stainless steel appliances and tile countertops. The gas stove offers extra warmth at mealtime.



The main bedroom boasts a fireplace and a smart TV. The desk functions as a make-up vanity or a laptop-friendly workspace.

Messaged host twice with no response. Dishwasher didnt work and no coffee provided. Overall it was clean but bed linens were questionable with hairs on them and couldnt smell detergent.Location was great and overall a nice house.

Decent sized house that could easily handle a group. Nice layout and big kitchen. Though it is farther out from the Plaza area, it is so close to main roads that getting access Plaza and other venues is easy.

Great stay in Santa Fe

The home was ideal for our vacation. Such a charming and well decorated home. The location was close to shopping, dining and grocery stores. Loved the heated floors and fireplace. The outside spaces were also nice.

Clean, good location, good size. No food extras (coffee for KCup maker) but we just grabbed some at grocery, so no big deal. Loved easy exit, no check out checklist that had us jumping through hoops. Would definitely stay again.

Family Reunion

This was a great place to stay for our family reunion. The house was very nice and convenient to everything. They provided toiletries and everything you needed so you didnt have to buy anything except for foid.

Nice house conveniently located to main street to downtown. Only drawback was the bedrooms all on second floor. Grandparents had to be very careful on the stairs.

We loved the quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping centers. It had a nice little fountain out front where birds would frequent. Also had a big kitchen with lots of counter space. Customer service was also very helpful.

Great Property, Good Location, Lousy Vacasa Property Maintenance

The property has a good location. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but you can get many places easily. The open floor plan on the first floor was very nice and the three bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own room. We actually spent Thanksgiving there because the kitchen had all we needed to prepare the meal.

Santa Fe treasure

Property is beautiful. Great location about 15-20mins from downtown and museum hill. Very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again. Did not have enough towels for the 5 of us, but eventually found more in the washer. No extra blankets, so bring your own if you tend to get chilled.

Beautiful home

Good base for activities in and around Santa Fe. All bedrooms upstairs. The pictures show a piano, but the piano was locked and we could not play it. There were no notes stating the piano is NOT available!

Wonderful home for three ladies on a quiet high school reunion trip

The home had a bedroom for each of us. It was comfortable and quiet. All the amenities made it like home! There were separate thermostats in each bedroom which was wonderful. The floor were heated in the living room and kitchen! So comfy!!

Beautiful, Clean, and Comfy

This is a beautiful and well-maintained home in a quite neighborhood. The location is great, with only a short drive to the Plaza, and many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Sitting on the balcony in the evenings and enjoying the fresh air and the view was a perk! I would advise guests to bring their own washcloths if desired (too few provided for my family) and also bring dishwasher pods from home if you plan to use the dishwasher more than once.

Very nice 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bath home with equipped kitchen. Nice neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Pretty views from patios upstairs. Only downside is having to drive to all restaurants and sites usually visited in Santa Fe.

Thanksgiving 2024 in Santa Fe

The house met our basic needs. Issues were: ants found on the kitchen counters, fireplace mantel and bedroom floor; missing toilet paper holder and loose towel bar in master bath; missing baseboard and hanging sliding door hardware with a missing screw in secondary bath, constant loud motor sound in bedroom #2, making it difficult to sleep.

New Mexico May Vacation

Our family of four adults had a wonderful time staying in this home. The home is spotless with light modern decor and the individual thermostats in the bedrooms were an added bonus. Very comfortable beds and showers. Although we did not have any requests, Vacasa stayed in touch throughout our stay and offered spontaneously early check-in and late checkout. Our priority was to explore Northern New Mexico and the location was priceless. Minutes away from the highway (while being in a very quiet neighborhood) as well as grocery stores. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

need grab bars in shower and 2 nd bathroom. a lot of different levels even though they were small. made getting around more difficult. beautiful home with upscale appliances and great outdoor spaces flocs too.

Smoke alarms started chirping and needed batteries replaced. Called for 2 days to get fixed.someone came out each day and ‘fixed’. But as soon as we returned smoke alarms still ringing. Resulted in little sleep last 2 nights as smoke alarms chirped all night

Great house & location. Excellent staff response

The house was great, as advertised and very clean. I was very impressed with the staff at Casa. When we got to the house, we realized the garage door to the house was unlocked. When I called, the first thing the staff member at Vacasa asked was " is there anyone in the house?". We had never even thought about there being someone in the house. The staff members immediate concern for our safety was very impressive. Luckily there was no one in the house. I'm guessing the cleaning staff forgot to lick that door.Thank you Vacasa for your kind and thoughtful staff.

Month long stay

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. We liked the proximity to the Railyard and Square. Our big gripes: The place was not set up for a month long stay. Upon arrival we noticed there were no cleaning supplies. We had to ask for a vacuum (which a staff member kindly delivered) and clean pans for cooking (which they also kindly delivered.) For the amount we paid we expected cleaning supplies for us to keep the house clean, and a set of nice cookware to use over the course of the month? Not odds and ends that we’re poorly kept and poorly cleaned. When you stay at a place for a month you are not looking to buy your own pans, cleaning supplies, Tupperware or glassware. The upstairs guest room bed had stains on the box spring which they came and took pictures of, as well as other inconsistencies that we didn’t want to be blamed for. There were weeds all over the yard and we were told three times someone was coming to do the landscaping and they never showed up. On our last week there the dishwasher broke so we were unable to use that. Not the end of the world, but again, an amenity we paid for and couldn’t use. They did send someone quickly though to look at it, as well as the dryer that was on the fritz. One of our last days there a piece of art work that was poorly hung fell and they were quick to respond when we reached out. Overall, it was too expensive for the lack of detail. I think a lot was lost in communication from when we booked with Turnkey and then it was switched to Vacasa. We felt like an afterthought. Would not book again, but could see how this is a nice spot for a family. Especially if they fix up the issues we had.
