Difficult to find at first,Nice apartment comfy bed clean.

Pros: The apartment was close to local amenities defo need a car to get about everything not too far, nice and quite, everything you need within the apartment was clean tidy clean towels, felt homely after a while sad 😔 to leave could quite easily done another couple weeks. 😁👌🏽 Cons: The stairs became hard at times being older it tells on ya knees lol😁 the residents dogs barking throughout the night all in don’t let that put you off we’d deffo stay here again the owner was accommodating and helpful. 😁👌🏽

Pros: El apartamento está limpio y bien cuidado, tiene aire acondicionado cosa que se agradece mucho además de ventilador en la habitación principal. Si es verdad que para las zonas de playa hay que coger el coche, pero por el precio a nosotros nos ha compensado. A 5min tiene las zonas de supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario. Es una zona muy tranquila y el coche se aparca en la puerta sin problemas. Por decir algo negativo, es un segundo sin ascensor.

Pros: Found this flat which was only a few streets from friends, Great communication from the owner before we went and met at the property by his agent. 2 bedroom with air con in the lounge and fan in the main bedroom, despite it being August we found that it cooled the flat sufficiently. As expected basically furnished but clean and tidy with plenty of towels to use. Having a washing machine was handy as it meant we only needed to take carry on luggage. The balcony accessed from the lounge got afternoon sun and was pleasant to sit in the evening. Only a short walk from a selection of bars and restaurants including a new centre. This was our 3rd visit to the area so we sort of knew our way around. Suggest hiring a car although you could walk to the La Zenia Boulevard and the beach if you really wanted to. The pool area is just around the corner and well kept, clean and never busy. The well known Villa Martin area is a five minute drive away and numerous golf courses the same. Owner contacted me to arrange my deposit return a few weeks after I got back. Would certainly consider again if I was returning. Many thanks.
