Spiders on bed, dead bees, dirt on all bedding, smoke smell, broken kitchen areas unsafe for pets.

The listing did not say it was on a very busy roadway, so it was fairly noisy and bedroom was on roadway side. There was two handrails, that were unusable….very steep stairs to basement laundry room. Wifi was unusable.

As soon as he walked into this location, it smelled musky and moldy. It was extremely basic home their Was mould on the ceiling and water damage between the kitchen and living room there was holesin the curtains. At the top of the stairs there is cracked ceramic flooring, the railing at the top of the stairs where is rickety in a liability hazard. There’s mould on the tiles in the kitchen backsplash there was an abandoned truck in the yard and a cramp or camper trailer 30 feet left of the property.The property advertise sleep eight there was only two beds one with a bedroom with the door …another room at the second level with no door and open for everyone to view. There was a very small couch. Maybe a child could sleep on. We had to buy an air mattress off the floor and new bedding. There is no place to put away your clothes no dressers in the rooms. The yard was unkept. The fire pit was unusable. It stated it was Water front it was only water view from the rooftop patio. There’s a home behind it and two more beside it. It’s the worst rental we ever stayed at they tried to claim the we caused damage to the carpet (that was already there) that “our pets caused” We did not bring our pets. These people are not reputable. Do not stay here.

Mold smells. Only one bedroom but advertised 2 bedroom. No A/C. One small window a/c upstairs not enough for 1/4 of the house. No space for parking properly. Mosquitos all over the house. Windows and doors are very old with cracks sound and holes for mosquitos in and out. No internet. No TV. There is Two TV for show. No connections. Don’t waste time and money. You will get nice places nearby .
