Guest Access:
Easy contact-free self check-in and checkout process as the unit's front door has a keypad coded lock. Please check your messages for all the check-in instructions. Your private entry code will be sent to you the morning of your arrival.
Guests can also enjoy access to the Waikiki Banyan Rec Deck amenities, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, BBQ grilling area, sauna, playground, and outdoor recreation spaces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay in Waikiki!

Other Things to Note:
Beach essentials include umbrella, beach towels, 4 chairs and cooler bag for guest use. Please note, snorkel gear is not provided due to liability reasons. Any snorkel gear in unit may have been left by previous guests.
As long time residents of O'ahu, we have seen pests occasionally in even the highest rated hotels, condos, malls and yes, even rental cars. We use an excellent crew to keep our units clean and well maintained. Despite our best efforts to prevent pests with bi-monthly pest control services, we still see pests occasionally as they're part of our Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. It is extremely rare to see them, but still possible. You can help us by throwing out leftover foods daily to avoid attracting pests.
IMPORTANT NOTICE on parking pass. If parking pass not returned on departure, the cost is $250. We also provide a "after hours" key for the parking garage. If this is key is not returned at checkout, the replacement cost is $50.
PLEASE NOTE that the Waikiki Banyan is a non-smoking building. We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. This includes no smoking inside the unit, around the recreation deck, inside the garage and no parties or events. Smoking in designated smoking area or away from the building. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. We've experienced the security office being called for excessive noise.
