What a great property. Modern, clean and with a great view. We really enjoyed the outside deck. Lots of seating around the fire pit and a table that seats 8. The key reason we chose this place is because of the location. Multiple bars are within walking distance. We were celebrating a wedding and didn't want anyone to drive. It's likely that we will come back for a getaway weekend.

Great stay for family spring break

The condo was a great size for two families of four plus a dog. The balcony was a nice place to sit at night and the kitchen was ample size with plenty of cooking amenities. The beds were comfortable and we liked having the property manager on site.

We stayed for the location. Great walking access the the beach, bars/ restaurants and a boat slip! Staff and marina tenants were all very friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Manasota Key Condo

We had a wonderful stay! The weather was beautiful and the condo was the perfect size to entertain family and friends. We live locally so it was the perfect staycation. The location of the condo is perfect for beach going and a quick walk to the restaurants and shops.

Great stay

We were very happy with this condo! Beautiful, clean , had everything we needed, close to where we wanted to visit , fun area . Property management was on location all during the day which is nice, I’ve stayed at others where we could only communicate with a second party, We will be back

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay in this perfect condo. The views of the bay were wonderful to wake up to and enjoy coffee every morning. Just a few steps across the street to the beach and local restaurants. We were welcomed by Jim who was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area!
