Before arrival, we request a photo of a valid official ID for each guest staying, plus signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us keep good relations with neighbors and comply with building rules.



You may encounter local wildlife during your stay (birds, geckos, small animals). We care for the environment and ask you to respect them; please do not leave food open outside.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Additional cleaning or replenishment is available at extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21C.
