The Parkblick Apartment 3 is located in Timmendorfer Strand and, with 45 m² of living space, offers a well-designed and comfortable setting for guests who appreciate the Baltic Sea coast. The accommodations are on the first floor (accessible via four steps) of a well-maintained residential building. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just 550 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Shopping options are 450 meters away, and the lively town center is only about 500 meters away, so you’ll find all the resort’s amenities right nearby.

The apartment consists of two rooms: a separate bedroom and a cozy living room that feels spacious thanks to the open kitchen. The sofa area invites you to relax. Thoughtful details such as a full-length mirror, books, and games create a pleasant atmosphere and provide entertainment even when the weather is changeable. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, and makeup mirror. A hair dryer is also provided.

The bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm (separate mattresses: 90x200). There is also a large wardrobe. In the living room, the couch can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa, measuring 160x200 cm.

The open-concept kitchen features a 4-burner stove, an oven (electric), refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, kitchen utensils, and dishes and silverware—everything needed to prepare both small and large meals. A shared washing machine and dryer are available for household use. A vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, ironing board, and iron round out the practical amenities.

In the living room, you can enjoy relaxing moments with the TV, stereo system, CD player, and radio. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.

Additional amenities include the furnished terrace with a garden view—ideal for breakfast or relaxing evenings under the open sky. Sun loungers and a parasol are available for sunny days. Recreational activities such as beach volleyball, mini-golf, golf, horseback riding, fishing, swimming, surfing, sailing, and cycling offer numerous opportunities for sports and relaxation. Hiking and Nordic walking trails, as well as jogging routes, wind through the beautiful surroundings. Nearby you’ll find an amusement park, cultural attractions, churches, and a bay—perfect for a varied vacation.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer (50-cent coins).
You can store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed or at the bike rack (subject to availability).

A central location near the spa gardens: Built in 1994, this brick house is just a few minutes’ walk from downtown. With a total of 8 apartments managed through our agency, our office located on the first floor of the building, and two additional apartments, this building is a very popular choice among our vacation guests.
The proximity to the spa park, which is right across the street, the short walk to shopping areas, and the minimal distance to the beach are very popular with our vacationers! This comfortable apartment complex with 2- and 3-room apartments is located right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, across from the duck ponds and centrally located near the promenade!

All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike shed (subject to availability) or at a bike rack in the courtyard.
For longer stays, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement. A parking space in the courtyard is also reserved for each apartment.

The beach and the town center are located approximately 350–400 meters from Haus Parkblick. The exclusive shops, cafés, and restaurants are about a 5- to 8-minute walk away. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.
