Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our lovingly furnished 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. Spanning 45 m², this first-floor apartment accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child, combining modern living comfort with a quiet, cozy atmosphere.

The bright living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. A sleeper sofa for one person (1.60 m x 2.00 m) provides an additional sleeping option. A smart TV and Wi-Fi are available for entertainment.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop (2 burners), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, offers everything you need for a relaxed breakfast or a cozy evening of cooking.

In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with a generous sleeping area measuring 1.80 × 2.00 m. The reversible mattresses allow you to choose between medium-firm and firmer support.

A special highlight is the southwest-facing balcony with its own beach chair and patio furniture. Here you can enjoy sunny hours and wind down your vacation day in a relaxed manner.

The apartment is located about 800 meters from the beach and approximately 1 kilometer from the center of Timmendorfer Strand. A bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away via the garden exit. A reserved parking space is, of course, included with the apartment. Bicycles can be parked next to the building or in the shared bicycle storage room.

You’ll be staying here on a quiet cul-de-sac; some apartments feature a terrace, balcony, or French balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning.

Wi-Fi is available in almost all apartments in this complex. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you at the building.

The beach is just 800 meters away, accessible via the idyllic spa park with its small wooden bridges. Bakeries and the town center are a 10–15-minute walk away. Here you’ll find many chic shops, good restaurants, and cozy bars.
