If you’re exploring the greatest city on earth, how many rooms do you need? Wander the pavements from dawn to dusk, and crash into your soft single-bed with a smile on your face.

Discover street food or award-winning restaurants, but use the kitchenette for a quick snack. Save your pounds for the markets and boutique shops, not your Airbnb.
This is a studio designed to get you back on your feet and out again. Just a minute from the major stations, so getting around (and away) couldn’t be easier.

You’ll enter the studio using a lockbox which has keys inside. This means you can check-in and out at a time that suits you, rather than having to rush to meet anybody. So it’s stress-free.

The kitchen area is remarkably well-equipped for a studio with a coffee machine, toaster and microwave. It’s ideal for breakfast or making a quick snack. The bathroom is modern, with a fantastic shower and toiletries that are provided.


Note that it's relatively small however it feels very cozy and comfortable.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

Please note that I offer two options for handling the security deposit for your stay:

1. £250 Security Deposit: This deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages are incurred during your stay.
2. A £25 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: Alternatively, guests can opt for a damage waiver provided through a Waive It. This waiver offers protection during your stay, offering you peace of mind without the upfront deposit.


-That the entrance and hallway going into the unit is relatively quite slim.
-This studio is smaller than usual but big in comfort and amenities!
-It has a hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster- however no oven.
- TV does not have FTA - free to air (local) channels, tv can be connected to wifi using your device or as soon as the listing's wifi becomes available.
-It’s suitable for a single person
-It’s not far from a railway, so if you’re a super light sleeper please use earplugs.

You may occasionally hear the sound of passing trains from the apartment.
