Smart, cosy, stylish, self-contained studio flat, in a block of flats in a great Central London location. Guest get the exclusive use of the premises. Located in Zone 1, just between Paddington (1 minute walk) and Lancaster Gate (1 minute walk) tube stations. Very close to Hyde Park (1 minute). The flat is on the top (4th) floor, there is a lift in the building. Has a double bed, kitchenette, shower, toilet, and necessary amenities needed for your stay.

It's a great location, ideal for short London visits or long stays, very convenient commute (tubes and busses) which will make it easier to explore the city.

The flat has a small kitchenette, bathroom, fridge, microwave, washing machine, double bed, wardrobe and all the amenities you need.
Guests will be provided with clean sheets, towels, soap and shampoo, and basic hygiene products.
Free internet, tea & coffee facilities.

Kitchen in the living space equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery and dishes, and even a small grill oven.

There is absolutely everything you can wish for around the area. Coffee shops, restaurants, dryer cleaners, supermarkets and much more!

I had an amazing experience in this apartment, we enjoyed cooking at home, it’s in zone 1 so you can reach any place you want very fast, many bars/restaurants around, and specially the host were very kind and attentive, she even offered me a cleaner during my stay at no cost. Also picking the keys was simple. We are very looking to come back ! Thank you!

Light and Good Location

This flat if exactly like the photos with great windows. The kitchen had everything we needed except dish towels. The washing machine worked great. I just could not find a hair dryer. Also, the neighborhood is great for travelers. Close walk to two tube stations and restaurants and small grocers on the same block. I will definitely stay there again the next time I travel to London!

Lumpy mattress and plumbing issues

This small flat was located very conveniently to the Paddington train and metro station. It was not a 2 minute walk as advertised but closer to a 10 minute walk but still very convenient. The mattress was horrible. The springs in the mattress would poke you in several different places. It was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. When you turned on the water in the bathroom sink, water along with black chunks would come out the tub drain. The odor was this water and black chunk combination smelled horrible. The shower drain was also clogged. So by the end of your shower, you were standing ankle deep in water. I would not recommend staying here in the flats current condition.

Great stay in great location

Everything was as advertised. We gave it a four due to the check in and check out process. This VRBO is about 10 min walk to Paddington Station, 10 to 15 minutes walk away from main markets, although there are amazing shops and markets nearby. Hyde and Kensington Park are 10 minute walk. The room was spacious enough for our big luggage. There is a washer/dryer, but we could never figure out how to use them, so we use the launderette directly across the way and had a coffee and pastry while our laundry was being done. Just across the street!The room had been updated nicely! The owner was very accommodating. Our original room had an issue. The owner responded immediately and we were switched to a different room. The owner was very helpful and respectful. We would highly recommend staying here.
