Easy check in process. Property was very clean, it had everything we needed and the host was very attentive to our additional needs. Host allowed me to have my function with no problems whatsoever. 10/10 worth the money and would definitely book again

I’m not sure where to start. Booked early October when there were limited reviews. A week before check-in a new review came in about the condition of the property. Reached out to the host Orlando about a refund but he assured me that the complaints in the previous review had me handled. Well upon arrival I was greeted with the same exact conditions. The house is essentially falling apart to say the least. Dead bugs, suspect dirty linen, trash piled up in the backyard, no toilet paper, and a boarded up window. An aesthetically pleasing trap house is the best way to describe this place. To make matters worse, when I reached out to the host about my concerns and sent photos (at his request) he canceled my reservation *luckily with a refund* and told me - me and my guest had 15 minutes to vacate the property stating that he did not want to “deal with this, this weekend.” Mind you me and my party had just traveled 12+ hours and had to find new accommodations with no notice. If you are considering staying here, PLEASE DON’T!!! Not only is the house FILTHY!!!!! So is the host!!!! Almost forgot to mention he does not advertise the fact that this is a duplex and there is a tenant staying in the basement. I believe he lives in the basement as he silently watched me and my party leave the premises. 0/10!

Upon arrival, the advertised hot tub was missing, and the front window had a bullet hole covered with paper. The house had poorly fitted, unsealed doors that let bugs inside. The floors were so filthy our socks instantly turned black. The kitchen was uncleaned the stove was covered in crumbs and used hookah tips. A garbage disposal stench forced us to buy air freshener, and gnats swarmed everywhere despite our attempts to clear the drains with hot water and Dawn.Basic supplies were absent: no trash cans, paper towels, or toilet paper. When contacted, the owner admitted he hadn’t checked the property beforehand. He brought paper towels and clean sheets for a downstairs bed that had stained bedding, but ignored our requests for trash bags and toilet paper, forcing us to supply our own. The bathrooms lacked floor mats, and only one had a shower curtain (which had brown stains). TV remotes were missing, and we had to use our own HDMI cord for the master TV.After heavy rain our first night, a puddle appeared in the living room. The owner sent a cleaner, but the worker left the back door wide open while we were out. This was a huge security risk we even saw a stray dog eating trash left outside by someone else. The bug issue peaked when roaches appeared. One by the door and another falling onto the couch, forcing my birthday guests to evacuate.Aesthetically pleasing, but neglected. We cleaned the home ourselves and expect a full refund of the cleaning fee.

While I sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, I would like to clarify several statements in your review to ensure future guests receive a fair and accurate representation of the property and the efforts made to address your concerns. Regarding safety and security: Exterior security footage confirms that my cleaner departed the property before your group left for your birthday brunch. I have a strict policy that cleaners and maintenance personnel are not permitted to remain on the premises when guests are away. Therefore, the suggestion that my cleaner left the property unsecured while your group was out does not align with the documented timeline. Guest safety and privacy are priorities. Regarding the windows, doors, and insects: The windows and doors have since been sealed. The damage to the front window was caused by a rock, not a bullet. Describing it as a bullet hole without verification creates an unnecessarily alarming and inaccurate impression of the property. Regarding the cockroach you reported, an occasional outdoor cockroach does not necessarily indicate an indoor infestation. Nevertheless, I took your concern seriously, and professional pest control has since serviced the property and addressed the issue. Regarding cleaning supplies and household essentials: Trash bags were available in the closet, and my cleaning staff used those same bags when cleaning the property after you
