Nestled in the 1.5-mile marker at the Gravois Arm, this home is ideal for family fun as well as proximity to countless restaurants and activities on the water. Honeysuckle house features five king beds, as well as 2 full beds, and 6 twin beds in the loft. In addition, Honeysuckle house has a chef kitchen, 2 laundry rooms, a dining room, 2 living room areas, a game room, deck, patio, and a workout area. The dock has a boat slip as well as 2 jet ski slips available for your boating pleasure. This house was designed with family in mind. With 6 full bathrooms, including some with jetted bathtubs and showers, comfort is never in short supply. Plus, with 2 whole home tankless hot water heaters you'll never run out of hot water! The pleasant atmosphere at Honeysuckle House invites relaxation after a day of adventure. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this vacation getaway provides a perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. This property holds a special place for me and my family. It was once my mom’s home, and after she passed, I wanted to honor that history in a meaningful way. Using my background in residential construction, I built this home from the ground up—keeping the location and incorporating select elements and touches from the original house into the new design.

You’ll notice pieces throughout the home that carry that story forward. It was important to me to preserve a sense of warmth and familiarity while creating a modern, high-quality space for guests to enjoy. The result is a home that blends personal history with thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and comfort.

Building this house wasn’t just about construction—it was about creating a place where people can gather, make memories, and enjoy time together, just like my family did here for years. I take a lot of pride in sharing that experience with guests and hope you feel that same sense of connection and comfort during your stay.
