Set within a beautiful private park with a pool, overlooking the Maderno lakeside and just steps from the main square and beach, this refined, newly built residence offers a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment on the first floor. The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Accommodating up to four guests, you’ll enjoy access to a shared outdoor area for relaxing and sunbathing. The communal pool (open mid-May to mid-September) and sun terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor shower provide the perfect setting for unwinding in peaceful, green surroundings.
A reserved parking space and bicycle parking are included. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed. The property follows waste separation guidelines. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and heating. Towels and bed linens are provided on request for an extra fee.
Guests also have direct access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. The property stands out for its proximity to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and beaches, all within 500 m to 2.5 km, and Verona Villafranca Airport, just 67 km away.
