The Space:

The kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large kitchen island, and a Keurig coffee maker. It's fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, comfortably seats eight guests, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island. The living room features a supremely comfortable sofa and a large, wall-mounted smart TV, perfect for movie nights or watching the game. A bonus cafe table in a sunlit corner offers a versatile space for games or enjoying a glass of wine while overlooking Aransas Bay. Each spacious bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring brand new mattresses. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds. A second bathroom features a convenient tub and shower combination. Consider renting a golf cart for a fun and easy way to explore the area. Public transportation options are limited in Rockport. However, the proximity to major roads ensures easy access to surrounding towns and attractions.

Cove Harbor Beach House is a non-smoking property, and we kindly request that guests refrain from smoking inside the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
