This listing is for the original residence on the property—a charming, detached home tucked away at the quiet rear of the lot. While there are two separate houses on this property, you are booking the private back house, which offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere far from the street. Perfectly sized for comfort, this home is entirely independent with no shared walls. It features a full kitchen, a primary bedroom with a King bed, a second twin bedroom, and a dedicated 1-car garage. You also have exclusive access to a large, gated private patio. With long-term tenants in the front house, you can expect a stable, quiet residential environment during your 30+ day stay.

Guest access
You will have exclusive, private access to the entire rear house, the gated patio, and your dedicated 1-car garage.

Check-in & Security:

Personal Welcome: To ensure a smooth start to your 30+ day stay, the host will meet you on-site at check-in to provide a walkthrough and hand over the remotes for the driveway gate and private garage.

Keyless Entry: The home is equipped with a secure keypad. You will receive your unique access code on the morning of your arrival. For your security, this code is only valid for the duration of your scheduled stay.

Parking: Your booking includes one garage space. The driveway is a shared access point with the front house, but your parking and patio areas are entirely private.

Other things to note
Parking & City Rules: Arcadia has a strictly enforced city-wide ban on overnight street parking from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM. While we provide a dedicated 1-car garage, any additional vehicles must have a city-issued permit. These can be purchased easily at the kiosk at the Arcadia Police Department or via the city’s website.

Mid-Term Logistics: Since this is a 30+ day stay, high-speed WiFi and all utilities are included. To ensure the home stays in top condition, we include a mandatory mid-stay walkthrough or cleaning for stays exceeding 45 days (coordinated in advance at your convenience).
