Welcome to “Cozy Lakefront Getaway”! Nestled on Ouachita River and Lake Hamilton, this quaint getaway offers peaceful water views and a place to unwind. Enjoy being right on the water—perfect for swimming or bringing your own kayaks and paddleboards. This condo is ideal for 1 couple or up to 4 guests. The 1-bedroom + open loft sleeping area (no door) creates a cozy, shared space. Just 15 minutes from Hot Springs, where you can explore Bathhouse Row, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

“Cozy Lakefront Getaway” offers a charming and thoughtfully designed layout featuring a private bedroom with a queen bed and an upstairs open loft with a queen bed (no door)—perfect for additional guests while maintaining a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

The open-concept kitchen and living area with barstool seating (3) and a loveseat creates a nice space to relax and unwind. Step out onto your private balcony and take in serene lake views while enjoying your morning coffee or tea.

Enjoy access to a shared lakefront picnic area. Enjoy the scenic wooden boardwalk along the water’s edge or take a refreshing dip in the river for the ultimate waterfront experience. There are 3 swim ladders located along the boardwalk.

The entire condo is yours to enjoy during your stay. The common areas (boardwalk, picnic table, and lake access) are shared with other condo owners.

** No washer/dryer, dishwasher, or oven onsite. Kitchen does includes a 2-burner stovetop plate for light cooking.

** Quiet Community: Our condo is located in a peaceful residential community. To help us be respectful of our neighbors, only the registered guests included on the reservation are permitted at the condo and throughout the property.

PARKING
There is 1 Designated Parking Space. If you are coming in 2 vehicles, you must park the 2nd vehicle in an unassigned guest space.

Each guest is assigned their own unique door code for keyless entry.

LOFT AREA: 1 Queen Bed, 2 papazan chairs (no door, opening to overlook down to the living room), No TV

KITCHEN: 3 Barstools, 2 burner counter-top burner plate, drip coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, waffle maker, hot water kettle, air fryer, blender, hand mixer, toaster, skillets

LIVING ROOM: Loveseat, walkout to Balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton, Smart TV with Roku (No Cable TV)

BALCONY: Table with umbrella and 2 chairs, decorative lights, overlooks Lake Hamilton

INTERNET: High-Speed 295mbps

LAKE ESSENTIALS: 3 Fishing poles, 2 folding beach chairs, 4 beach towels

GRILL: A portable grill is available for guest use. For safety and community guidelines, grilling is permitted only on the grassy area near the lake (no grilling on the front porch or back balcony). Guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal.

BOAT RAMP
The nearest boat ramp is Treasure Isle Boat Ramp, located just 2.5 miles from the rental. Bring your jet skis or fishing boat. The designated condo parking space is long enough (35 ft) to accommodate a vehicle and a small trailer (jet skis or a fishing boat). Please note: the condo does not have accommodations for tying up or docking any watercraft.

LAKE SAFETY
1. Use of the waterfront and surrounding areas is at your own risk.
2. Children must be supervised at all times.
3. For safety, we strongly recommend that all guests—especially children—wear life jackets when in or near the water, in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard guidance.

** Entergy draws down Lake Hamilton the 1st week of November and fills it the 1st week of March. The water level will be a minimum of 3 feet lower during the drawdown.


Please Note: This condo does NOT include cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, or full traditional oven. The kitchen is equipped with a countertop 2-burner stovetop, along with essentials for light cooking.

Smoking Disclosure: Our condo and balconies are strictly non-smoking. However, the condominium complex is not a non-smoking property, so smoke from neighboring balconies may occasionally be noticeable depending on wind conditions. Guests with smoke sensitivities should consider this before booking.

** VRBO & Direct Booking Guests will be asked to complete ID verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact guest via email and/or text. Guest will also have the option to choose between two damage protection plans for their stay: a $10 security deposit or a $35 damage waiver, both non-refundable. A damage protection plan is needed to complete your booking. Please make your selection before your stay to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in.

Guests will receive an email 3 days prior to check-in containing all the information they will need during their stay. The door code will be emailed to guests on the day of check-in.
