LOCATION
Experience the charm of Historic Downtown St. Charles with the convenience of being steps from Main Street's renowned restaurants, boutiques, and local attractions. As this property is situated directly in the heart of the downtown district, guests should expect the natural sounds of an active Main Street, including traffic, pedestrians, nearby businesses, and increased activity during evenings and weekends. This is a vibrant urban setting rather than a secluded, quiet retreat and may not be ideal for guests who are particularly sensitive to noise..

IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Dogs only: a $150 non-refundable pet fee is added after booking. Unauthorized pets or policy violations may result in a $300 fee.
• No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.

The kitchen has minimal appliances and there is no storage for clothing or laundry services. This place is great if you’re staying a couple of nights. Anything beyond that and you’re going to struggle or you’re going to need a large food budget to eat out.
