Kick back and relax in this cozy spot in the heart of Jenkintown. Enjoy a historical location w/a modern twist for weekend getaways or long business trips! Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV & full kitchen. A short walk to shops, supermarket, restaurants & theater. This 1 bdrm features queen bed & a rollaway bed. It's located near Friends School Field in a family-friendly neighborhood. Easy access to city via SEPTA to get to PHL Int’l Airport, PA Convention Center & the Phila Museum of Art or the gardens of Morris Arboretum. You have exclusive access to the 3rd floor apartment as listed. Shared space includes the entrance into the apartment building and you have 1 free designated parking spot in the parking lot. We are not onsite but we're very responsive using the Airbnb messaging Jenkintown is one of the most unique communities in Montgomery County as Bradley Cooper, a famous former resident, can attest. There’s a traditional small town feel which you can experience with a short walk to the Central Business District. There, you can catch a movie at the Hiway theater or grab coffee or a meal at one of the numerous restaurants. Easy access to SEPTA that gets you into the city. Guests can travel on the Regional Rail from Philadelphia International Airport or 30th Street Station to our location. We're located .08 miles from the Jenkintown-Wyncote Station and the Noble Station. Also feel free to walk around the neighborhood to the local market, shops, restaurants and theatre. Please note that this 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and will require climbing stairs as there is no elevator in the building. Floor is also slightly inclined in some areas with lower-lying ceiling in parts of bedroom but it doesn’t take away from its charm. Also, pets allowed on a case by case basis and if approved pet fee applies. **Depending on availability one more car parking spot may be available for a fee, please check with host. First parking spot automatically included at NO additional fee.
