The space
Welcome to 'The Belmont at the Beach!'
Located in Dune Allen, this beautifully designed home is the perfect retreat for large groups, family vacations, and special gatherings!
As you arrive, you're welcomed into the first floor, where a spacious secondary living room offers a comfortable place to relax, complete with a built-in wet bar for easy entertaining. Just behind, a small dining area is perfect for playing games or enjoying meals. Glass doors open directly from this space to the private pool deck, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. Step outside to enjoy the private pool, fire pit, lounge seating, outdoor dining table, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink, and ample prep space, perfect for enjoying poolside meals. The spiral staircase nearby provides easy access to the balcony above. This floor also includes a convenient half bathroom (accessible from both inside and the pool deck) as well as the first two bedrooms, one King room and one Queen room, both featuring an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, and direct access to the pool deck.
Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find the main space, designed for gathering. The open-concept living room features high-end furnishings and plenty of comfortable seating, with lots of natural light pouring in from the large windows. Just beyond, the dining room provides a beautiful wooden table for enjoying shared meals. Step out from the dining room to the expansive balcony overlooking the pool, with a fire pit, a small outdoor dining table, and a spiral staircase that leads directly down to the pool deck.
The chef's kitchen is a true standout, complete with a 6-burner stove with part griddle, dual ovens, two separate sinks, two full-size refrigerators, two dishwashers, a wine fridge, a spacious walk-in pantry, and island seating for 4. There is an additional half bathroom on this floor, as well as the laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers for added convenience.
The third floor offers a more private retreat with a cozy sitting area and the 4 remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a walk-in closet, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. Two additional King bedrooms are located on this floor, one with access to the shared balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, and the other with a unique dual-access en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.T his bathroom includes two separate sink areas, one en-suite to this bedroom and the other accessible from the hallway, both connecting to the shared toilet and shower/tub space The final bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, which uses this shared bathroom as well.
From the balcony, take the spiral staircase up to the rooftop terrace where you'll find one of the home's most incredible features- panoramic Gulf views and plenty of space to relax, gather, or enjoy sunset evenings!
The beach is only a 3-minute walk at Dune Allen's regional access, complete with restroom facilities, parking, a lifeguard station, and easily accessible dune walkovers!
You're also only a short LSV/golf cart or bike ride to so many great locations and restaurants, including Stinky's Fish Camp, Shunk Gully's Oyster Bar, Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club, Gulf Place, and more!
*We also manage the home directly next to this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! It is The Preakness at the Beach (6 bedrooms- sleeps 16). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

Guest access
There is parking for up to 6 cars in the carport underneath the home!
Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the start of Timpoochee Trail to the West or the town of Blue Mountain to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, fire pit, or other amenities provided to guests.
