Welcome to "Lighthouse Point" vacation rental on Watts Bar Lake. This newly built home sits on a 1.2 acre Lakefront Property and offers privacy, peace and tranquility. This beautiful 3400 square foot home offers two spacious Master Bedroom Suites that creates comfortable accommodations to sleep 10.
The main level Master Suite is stylishly furnished with a King bed and has a lake view. There is a 55” TV in this bedroom. The master bath has a large soaking tub, double shower and electric fireplace for ambiance and relaxation. In the downstairs Master "BUNK-ROOM" - guests will find 2 twin bunks, and a triple bunk w/ 2 twins and a double bed, for a total accommodation to sleep 8 guests in the Bunk-Room - and also has an ensuite full master bathroom.
Upon entering the front door, to your left you will see a cascading water fountain on the wall and looking forward you’ll enjoy seeing a view of the lake and outdoor entertaining area on the spacious upper-level outdoor deck. Immediately to your right the captivating panoramic views of the lake and soaring cathedral ceilings will take your breath away. The living spaces beginning at the front entry span from the dining-room, to the kitchen and flowing into the main living room, all encompassed by floor to ceiling windows allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful view from every area on the main level, including a secondary outdoor deck access for enjoying the main channel water view of the lake. There is a half bath and full laundry room on the main level as well.
Downstairs there is a secondary entertainment area where you will find the expansive Game-Room complete with a Coffee Bar and a 32 ” TV, and a Mini Fridge, The game room area is furnished with an 85" TV, a Pool Table, Pop Corn machine, Poker Table, Foosball Table, Chess, Checkers, and a Standing Wall Dartboard Cabinet along with three pub tables with chairs for quaint conversation areas within the Game-room atmosphere. There is also a large leather sofa with 3 stationary seats and three electric reclining seats.
The home offers a private boat dock and lakefront access into the relaxing inlet cove area that offers a floating dock perfect for soaking up the sun. The outdoor upper-level decks, as well as lower patio and BBQ area are perfect for enjoying all the nature and animals the lake has to offer, including bird watching. Other outdoor amenities offer a Fireplace, a Kayak, a Canoe, a Pedal Boat and two fishing poles.
