Large vacation home for 1 to 6 people with a garden and lawn for sunbathing

The spacious and comfortably furnished Viviane vacation home, with its beautiful view and quiet location near Passau, accommodates 1–6 people. A lovely terrace with a lawn for sunbathing invites you to relax. The vast natural surroundings right on your doorstep ensure a varied and carefree vacation for the whole family. Our vacation homes are detached, uniquely designed, rustic, and comfortably furnished: The kitchen includes cookware and tableware, a coffee maker, toaster, electric stove with oven, etc.; the living room features a dining area, satellite TV, a sofa set, a fireplace or tiled stove, as well as a terrace (with furniture) and a balcony. Each vacation home includes a garden with a lawn for sunbathing, a shared parking area, or parking directly at the house. A 25% deposit is due immediately upon booking. The remaining 75% must be transferred to our account no later than 30 days before arrival. You can find the account number in our Terms and Conditions. Upon check-in, the renter must pay a security deposit of 100 euros per house. Utility costs for gas, electricity, water, and other requested additional services (bed linens 14 euros/set, bath towel 3.50/each, hand towel 2.5/each, dish towel 1.50/each, pet 10 euros/day) will be billed by the property manager based on actual usage. This amount must be paid in cash upon checkout, after the security deposit paid at the start of the rental period has been applied toward the balance. A crib and high chair are included in the price. Group or contractor bookings are only available upon request! Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
