Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday apartment La Encina is located in Puerto d'Alcúdia. This 110 m² property consists of a spacious and bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV, Smart TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a large balcony with a table and chairs for 6 people, from which you can enjoy the view over the main street of Alcúdia. The mountains can be seen from the laundry room. The outdoor area is a communal area with parking, shower and garden.

The property was very spacious and comfortable for our needs. Our host very kindly provided us with water, milk, bread, etc on arrival which was very thoughtful. There was off street parking.

Apartment close to the seashore

Pros: the apartment was big and had everything we could need - all kitchen facilities, new tools and devices in the kitchen. there were some necessities like coffee, water, wine left for us by the host. also there were plenty of beach equipment - sun umbrellas, inflatable toys, plastic beach toys, etc. - probably left by several previous guest and we were happy to make use of also it had a high baby chair provided. it's nicely located 5 min walk from very nice beach with white sand, bus stop with regular busses right in front of the house. a big supermarket in 3 min walk the host was very easy to contact, allowed us to check in earlier and to leave out luggage after checkout checkin was easy - the key was left in the box the price is very fair for what you get Cons: it's a bit noisy from the main street which is right in front of the house, so we could not fully enjoy the terrace though apartment was very clean, it was a bit smelly in both bathrooms - probably because of the water and/or house pipes. there were plenty of towels provided by the host, but we would prefer them to be less, but a bit newer - so probably they need to be renewed but overall we enjoyed our stay a lot, also it was a good value for money

Cerca de la playa .

Pros: Al llegar nos encontramos con el detalle de refrescos y para poder desayunar al dia siguiente con pan de molde, cafe, fruta.
