The living room offers plenty of seating, a TV, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf, an ideal spot to enjoy the coastal breeze and beautiful views. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meal preparation, along with a dining table for gathering together.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed along with a vanity and sink, while the second guest bedroom includes two twin beds, making it great for additional guests or kids. A full bathroom with a walk in shower is conveniently located in the hallway.

A sofa sleeper in the living room provides extra sleeping space, and a washer and dryer in the unit add convenience during your stay.

The complex has also added brand new pickleball and basketball courts for guest use! Unwind in the sauna, a peaceful retreat for relaxation. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for cozy moments and charming conversations. The charcoal grills add a touch of outdoor culinary fun, ideal for grilling enthusiasts.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
