We live in Mammoth Lakes CA and enjoy being at our condo twice per year to enjoy the beach when the weather is warm. We enjoy sailing, long walks on the beach, tennis and a wide variety of outdoor activities. We look forward to hosting for the first time to the right seasonal tenants who will take good care of our place, which is meticulously well kept.

Our condo is unique due to the quality of the remodel in every detail, comfortable and high-quality furnishings and completely outfitted kitchen to make your seasonal stay feel like home away from home. The lanai is spacious with Polywood outdoor furniture to take in those sunsets at happy hour! There are also 95% custom UV blocking solar shades to cut out the mid-afternoon glare. It truly is a special place, which we know you will enjoy as much as we do!
