This booking does not include use of private club facilities such as golf and tennis or restaurants, etc.. Condo has a maximum occupancy of five people, to include maximum of four adults. Your private community includes lush tropical landscaping and the white powdery beach sand that the Longboat Key is famous for. Only minutes away from Saint Armands Circle, Sarasota and Anna Maria Island. The view was fabulous & the unit was furnished beautifully. It could not be in a more convenient location to the Club & all the amenities. Garey was very helpful & responsive. If you happen to be a member of the LBK club, this is an EXCELLENT VALUE! Just be aware of the limitations with the facilities if you are not a member. Thank you, Garey, for everything!

Great stay!

The owner worked hard to make sure that he provided everything that you would need for a short term stay. The unit was exactly as advertised…with an even better view than expected! We would definitely return!!

Longboat Key Dream

This property is on the third floor of building 3 at the Longboat Key Resort. Even before we arrived the condo, owner, Garey, was very accommodating. He met us upon our arrival. We were glad we had a chance to meet him in person. The condo was exceptionally clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Although the weather was absolutely horrible, the accommodations were exceptional. We especially enjoyed the westward-facing balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The sunset views on the days that were not cloudy. we would definitely recommend this property for those people seeking a relaxing, beautiful and clean place to reside while in the Sarasota/Longboat Key area. Thanks so much, Garey!

Terrible Land Lord

Wonderful. But we could not use any of their amenities. There was not an oven. Very few cooking amenities. It is not set up for a long term stay!! He should have never rent the unit for more than a few nights!We could not even have a drink at the pool bar!! He is not a member of the resort. I would never rent from Geary again. He was very inflexible. In fact he was a real jurk. I don’t think you want him part of the VRBO!!We could not believe how we were treated!!!

This rental offers a gorgeous beach front unit overlooking your pool, hot tub and beach. Stainless steel appliances with oven. This rental is offered by the owner and is not part of the hotel program. Renters do not have use of hotel amenities and this is stated in the Vrbo listing, hence, the unit rate is 25% of the hotel rate. This guest texted the owner prior to arrival that if they were not permitted to change their rental dates, they would be giving a bad review.

Beautiful view and accomadations!

The place is well kept, lovely and perfect for a getaway in paradise. The frozen drinks look yummy out by the pool! Everyone is so nice and pleasant.

Vacation

The property is dated and needs some upgrades. The washer and dryer are a plus and the view and location are unbeatable. There is no access at all to the longboat key club which is a shame since it would be so convenient to be able to use the restaurants instead of having to leave the property. The pool and beach are available to you .but that is all. We have friends in a condo nearby so we spent a lot of time there . We will return to Longboat Key but like having the comforts of home .

Easy breezy

Perfect location overlooking the coveted longboat key club! Couldn’t have found a better spot. Easy and accommodating hosts with everything at your disposal. Comfortable bed overlooking the incredible oceans views!
