This property is a cozy fit for 2 guests. It`s not really set up for hosting company, so we ask that visitors stay to a quick hello rather than a whole event. If your plans change and you need a different setup, just reach out and we`ll help however we can.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. We`re in a close-knit residential spot, and the front steps can carry sound to the neighbors, so we`d appreciate keeping conversations low-key out there once quiet hours kick in. A little consideration goes a long way toward a happy stay for everyone!

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. If your plans are flexible, feel free to just ask — if cleaning wraps up early or the cleaner doesn`t need to start immediately after your stay, we`re happy to let you in sooner or let you linger a bit longer, free of charge. We`ll message you as soon as we know, but we can`t promise a time in advance this way — it depends entirely on the cleaning schedule that day.

If you`d rather lock in a guaranteed time instead of leaving it to chance, we offer:

Guaranteed early check-in (before 4:00 PM): $20
Guaranteed late check-out (after 11:00 AM): $20
