Make yourself at home in this cozy condo. One bedroom, one bath with full kitchen. This condo offers all you would expect from a resort stay. Beautiful pool, game room, fitness area, perfect location with so many wonderful restaurants nearby. Bring your bike or rent one at Wheelz and have the bike waiting on you when you arrive. World renowned golf courses, tennis, pickleball, miles of Atlantic coastlines and bike paths with huge, beautiful oak trees everywhere! There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer. You can dine in or dine out! Check out Coligney Beach Park and for the little ones, don't miss out on the Low Country Celebration Park! Our family loved riding bikes all over the island! You can even ride your bicycles on the beach. The resort is dog friendly. Pet Policy: Limit 2 dogs, max weight 75 pounds each. Pet fee $150 per dog. There is a dog policy form to be signed with breed, weight and color/markings included.

John and I live in Alabama. We are blessed to have more than one timeshare and close family members with beach and lake access. We have more vacation opportunities than we can utilize while still working regularly. With that in mind, we are offsetting some of our expenses of the timeshare and sharing it with you. There is no sales presentation required by you and no mortgage or maintenance fees for you. John and I enjoy boating, remodeling houses, church activities, spending time with family, serving our community through the Volunteer Fire Department.

Hilton Head Island is just beautiful and quaint in so many ways. Our family of 6 stayed at Coral Sands February 2024. We had plenty of room (3bedroom) to stretch out and feel like home away from home. The resort is nice and a great location to the park where my grandson had an absolute blast! The restaurants were all delicious and friendly! We were there in the off season and some of the live music was just getting started back from the winter. It is a laid back atmosphere. When we got lost riding the bicycles over what seemed like most of the Island, people were gracious and kind in giving directions. In February, we attended the annual Seafood Festival and our adult kids really enjoyed this also! Highly recommend if you can't make this trip in July.
