This spacious 4-bedroom retreat is ideal for families, University of Arizona visitors, remote workers, and travelers looking to explore Tucson while staying close to downtown, local restaurants, and outdoor attractions.



Located in historic Barrio Anita, the home offers quick access to the University of Arizona, downtown Tucson, hiking trails, local coffee shops, breweries, and some of the city’s best Southwestern dining.



After a day exploring Tucson, relax in your private fenced backyard featuring a BBQ grill, firepit, cornhole, and plenty of space to enjoy warm Arizona evenings and desert sunsets.

Indulge in authentic Mexican cuisine at the local eateries, where you can savor delicious flavors and traditional dishes. You will be 4 minutes from downtown and 8 minutes from UofA.

- There are 2 designated parking spaces for you!

- Additional parking spaces subject to availability on the street

- Front-Facing motion detector & audio recording cameras outside the property and at the entrance for your safety & security.

- Train Nearby: This home is located in close proximity to a train track. However, we have taken measures to mitigate any potential noise disruption. We provide white noise machines and complimentary earplugs to help ensure a peaceful and restful stay.

- Highway Noise: Please be aware that the house is situated near a highway, and you may hear occasional car sounds when in the backyard. While efforts have been made to minimize any inconvenience, it is important to note this potential noise factor.

- Please note that parties of any kind are absolutely not allowed. We created a space to welcome you for a relaxing stay while visiting Tucson, but in order to continue doing so, we ask that you respect the property and the neighbors by being mindful of noise and treating it as you would your home.
