No pets/animals of any kind or smoking of any kind, there are absolutely exceptions to these rules as the homeowner has a severe respiratory condition and would greatly appreciate your cooperation on this.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $200 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc (the credit amount is based on length of stay). Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).
