Nice home in Nol with house sea view

A vacation home in a secluded location and with its own beach. The house has everything you need to make your vacation a success. There are several annexes and a main building. The bathroom with shower is well maintained, the kitchen is well equipped, e.g. there is a gas barbecue and neat work surfaces. The living room is cozy and has an open, gas-heated fireplace. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a lovely bed and a balcony overlooking the lake. The next building is the studio, airy, comfortable and bright as it has ceiling windows and a double bed. The jacuzzi is also located here and can accommodate 8 people. There are two single beds in the next house. Behind the main house is the annex with two bunk beds, which is suitable for a small family. Here you will also find the pond, the beautiful bridge and another annex with a temperature-controlled wine cellar and benches for tasting.

Pflegebedürftig

Die Bilder des Inserats sollten aktualisiert werden. Die komplette Anlage ist runtergekommen und das viele Geld in keinster Weise wert. Auch nicht für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist im baufälligen Zustand, die Betten knarren, Bettzeug sind ekelhaft fleckig, überall! Die gemütliche Inneneinrichtung ist nicht mehr ansatzweise wie auf den Bildern. KEIN WLAN! Ist laut Aussage des Eigentümers wohl bekannt. Auch keine Sauna. Draußen ist alles zugewuchert und ungepflegt, der kleine, süße Grill lag im Busch, der gemauerte ist porös und fällt auseinander. Der Jakuzzi war bei Ankunft trüb, ungepflegt eben. Lieber Anbieter, nehmt das Inserat raus und kontaktiert den Eigentümer, dass er sich um seinen Hof kümmern soll. Um nicht noch mehr Leuten das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen und den wohlverdienten Urlaub zu vermiesen.
