Casa Josefi - Beautiful and comfortable andalucian cortijo with fenced pool

Group of 4 houses near the town centre, each with private garden and pool Casa Josefi belongs to a group of three houses each with approx. 80 m² on a plot of 650 m² and each with private pool. Every house consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, dining area, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave). On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds) and a bathroom. The third bedroom is on the first floor and is under a sloaped roof, so it is a cosy "hideaway" for the kids because the ceiling is a bit lower in some parts so ther eis little head room. The houses are well equipped and tastefully furnished in the Andalusian cottage style to a good standard. Casa Josefi has air conditioning in the whole house. There is internet access and the windows have moskito nets. Each house has a private garden with palm trees and bushes, a large terrace and a pool with sunshades and sun lounges.
VTAR/CA/01304 The Casas Rosa de los Vientos are situated on the edge of Conil in a quiet area. to one side you have farms and fields and to the other side you are immediately in town with supermarkets and the typical Tapa Bars. To the beach it is a walk of approx. 15 Minutes or you take the car and find your favourite beach - the little protected "Calas" of Roche viejo or the long streched beaches of Los Bateles in Conil or El Palmar.
