The main living level is built for gathering, with comfortable sectional seating, a smart TV, and an open flow into the dining area and full kitchen. Step out back to the shared pool for a midday dip, or find a quiet spot on one of the home's private decks. After a day in the sand, the primary suite's garden soaking tub is the perfect place to unwind.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire three-story townhome, including the private decks, the ground-level patio, the in-unit washer and dryer, and the shared pool behind the home.



Self check-in is available via an electronic door lock for a simple, flexible arrival.



Free on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles. Please note the home has three levels connected by a spiral staircase, and the primary king bedroom is an open loft-style space on the top floor.



The Neighborhood:

South Padre Island is a laid-back barrier-island beach town on the Texas Gulf Coast, known for wide sandy beaches, warm water, and easygoing island living. Island Dream sits on the Gulf side of Padre Boulevard, a short walk to the beach and close to the island's restaurants, shops, and water sports, with Port Isabel and the Queen Isabella Causeway just minutes away.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of the island, though the beach and a number of restaurants are within walking distance, and golf carts are a popular way to get around South Padre. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is about 45 minutes away, and Valley International Airport in Harlingen is roughly 50 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Pets are not permitted.

• The minimum age to rent is 25.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• This is a three-story townhome connected by a spiral staircase, and the primary king bedroom is an open loft-style space on the top level. There is no elevator.

• The pool is a shared amenity for the property.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection for added peace of mind.

• Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.

• No smoking, parties, or events.
