Villa Sanssouci is located on Strandstraße, just about 300 m from the beach and the pier. It consists of the historic villa in the spa-town style and the new building behind it.

On the popular Strandstraße, you’ll find many restaurants and cafés. Small shops invite you to browse. Just a few steps from your accommodation, there are several bakeries offering fresh rolls daily for your breakfast at home or in a café.

The town forest begins right behind the villa and is perfect for lovely walks to Kühlungsborn West.
