Relax in this updated 2BR, 2BA Sandestin getaway with bay views near Baytowne Wharf. This first-floor retreat features a screened lanai, stylish upgrades, and easy access to golf, tennis, trails, pool, marina, plus shops, dining, and entertainment—with a complimentary golf cart included.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

This inviting Sandestin vacation rental offers a peaceful bayfront setting paired with thoughtful interior updates and a highly convenient first-floor location. Nestled in the Heron Walk area on the north side of the resort near Baytowne Wharf, the home is ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a relaxing coastal stay with easy access to all the area has to offer. A complimentary golf cart is included with your stay, providing an easy and fun way to explore the resort (waiver required).

Inside, the unit has been refreshed with updated finishes including newer paint, tile, cabinetry, countertops, bathroom improvements, and comfortable furnishings that create a welcoming and polished atmosphere. The open living area is designed for comfort and connection, with space to unwind after a day at the beach, golf course, or marina. One of the standout features of this home is the screened lanai, which can be accessed from both the living room and the primary bedroom. From here, guests can enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of Choctawhatchee Bay and the peaceful backdrop of the surrounding nature preserve.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:

Parking:

Guests may park a maximum of 2 vehicles in this community. There is 1 labeled parking spot designated for the unit and 1 guest parking spot available. All vehicles must be parked only in approved spaces.

Located within Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, this vacation rental gives guests access to one of Northwest Florida's most popular resort destinations. Sandestin is known for its expansive grounds, walking and biking trails, golf courses, tennis facilities, marina access, family-friendly activities, and a wide variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Heron's Walk is situated on the bayside near Baytowne Wharf, a lively village area featuring restaurants, boutiques, nightlife, seasonal events, and waterfront charm. Guests can also enjoy convenient access to several nearby pool options. The Phil Hummel Aquatic Center is within walking distance and located to the left as you exit the parking lot near the roundabout. The Audubon Pool and Bayside Pool, located by the Bayside Conference Center, are also nearby to the right as you exit the parking lot. Guests are also close to golf, tennis, and the many amenities within the greater Sandestin area. The beautiful sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast are just a short drive away, offering the best of both bayfront relaxation and beachside fun.

Other details to note:

All trash must be bagged, tied securely, and placed in the green trash boxes located at the edge of the parking lot near each building.

To ensure the complimentary golf cart remains in great condition for all guests, please follow these simple guidelines:
• Please rinse off any sand prior to departure
• Return the golf cart to its designated parking space (labeled #88)
• Before leaving, plug the golf cart in using the provided charging cord
• Replace the protective cover, ensuring the zipper opening is positioned beside the driver's seat
• Leave the golf cart key in the kitchen upon departure (if key is lost or missing, there will be a $75 replacement fee).

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
