Dubai Creek Harbour is the rare combo of calm and access. Mornings are quiet — waterfront walks, green parks, skyline lookouts right outside. But you're 10 minutes from the airport, 12 from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, 14 from Museum of the Future. The Viewing Point here has the best Burj Khalifa view in the city. Plenty of cafés within walking distance for a meeting or a change of scenery mid-day. Fun bonus — Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is 10 minutes away, with real flamingos in the lagoons.
