This modern, high-quality apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, measures approximately 75 m², and is located on the 3rd floor.

In the large, bright living room, you’ll find an LCD TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player, as well as a very comfortable seating area with an ottoman.

The bedroom features a double bed with a sleeping surface measuring 180 cm x 200 cm.

The second bedroom features two single beds, each with a sleeping surface measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. The second LCD TV is located here.

The couch in the living room can easily be converted into the 5th and 6th sleeping areas. The continuous sleeping surface then measures approximately 175 cm x 200 cm.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, sink, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, pod coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and, of course, all the necessary dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils.

The separate dining area can be expanded with an extension leaf, providing seating for up to 6 people.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, as well as a lighted mirror and a hair dryer. There is also a second toilet with a large sink.

On the spacious balcony, you’ll find a table with comfortable chairs. Thanks to the apartment’s west-facing orientation, you can enjoy the evening sun there after a day at the beach.

The apartment’s large windows can be darkened as needed using the provided curtains and pleated blinds.

The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
