Inside, you’ll find a newly renovated kitchen, open-concept living and dining area, and peaceful pond views that create the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal escape. Spring Lake is known for its beautiful ponds, mature shade trees, and community pool, giving guests a quiet retreat while still being close to everything. The condo also includes two parking spaces for added convenience. Located in the desirable Spring Lake community, the property offers access to the pool and is near the Thompson Island Preserve trail area. It’s also less than half a mile from the ocean and perfectly situated between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach.

One of the biggest highlights is the location. You can take an approximately 15-minute walk to Cullen Street beach access, spend the day on the sand, then come back and unwind by the pool or relax on the patio overlooking the pond. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll be just minutes from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, Funland, Dewey Beach, tax-free shopping, Jungle Jim’s, and scenic biking and walking trails.

We provide pillows and blankets for the king bed and the queen sofa bed. However, you will need to bring your own sheets, bath and beach towels. Happy to recommend local linen service if desired.

Starter dish soap, laundry soap, sponge, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper included. Depending on the length of stay and number in your group you may want to bring additional supplies.

Please note this is a quiet community setting. No parties, and no smoking or vaping inside or outside the condo. One quiet, well-behaved dog with no aggression history is welcome with a pet fee.
